Bob Mould

Architect / Founder / Owner

Bob Mould, a Namibian Citizen who graduated in 1971 with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of the Witwatersrand, is the founder/owner of the practice. As a qualified Architect with 43 years experience, he is a registered member of the Namibia Institute of Architects and the Namibia Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors. His other registrations include memberships with the South African Institute of Architects and the South African Council for the Architectural Profession.

Having served as board member of the Namibia Institute of Architects for 6 years, he also served two years as president of the Institute and the Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors. 

Johnson Kanguatjivi


Born in Gobabis, Johnson Kanguatjivi attended primary school in Epukiro and matriculated from the Martin Lüther High school in Omaruru in 1991. After completing an apprenticeship in bricklaying at the Windhoek Vocational Training Centre, he became an artisan and started his own renovation company in 1998. He soon discovered that he could add draughting to his skills and started offering plans with building work to his clients.

Johnson first learned to use AutoCAD in 2007 while employed by an architectural practice in Tsumeb. When he moved back to Windhoek in 2009, he joined Bob Mould Architects, working with Caddie software. A year later he made the transition into 3D modelling of Architectural documentation, using ArchiCAD.

Serving the community together with his wife is one of Johnson’s passions. He also has a keen interest in design and has a desire to one day design and build his own place by utilizing locally sourced materials to create a place in harmony with nature.

Melodi Orr

Personal Assistant

Born in Namibia, Melodi matriculated in 1994 from David Bezuidenhout High School in Windhoek. She is currently completing her Bachelor in Communications through the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).

Having previously worked in Research, Construction and Engineering fields, she has a good understanding of the construction industry, has exemplary administrative skills and is a proficient user of Microsoft Windows, utilizing the full suite of Microsoft Office programs. Her experience in construction related fields, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and friendly demeanour makes her a highly efficient team player in the practice.

Mary Muller

Accounts/Human Resources

With 46 years experience in accounting, including debtors, creditors, VAT and preparation of Individual and Company tax returns, Mary has been the bookkeeper of the firm for the past fourteen years and is also the human resources manager of the firm, processing salaries, wages, Social Security and maintaining personnel records. She has strong interpersonal communication skills, good computer knowledge, working with all Microsoft Office programs and uses Pastel accounting software for preparations of accounts and taxation.
